We had a very pleasure stay. The plants around the apartment and the pool were beautifull. Owners are very nice people. It was clean. Supermarkets in the neighborhood. Apartment was spacious.

We had a great experience with this property. We traveled as a family of three and we find the accommodations very good. Seymour was very responsive and answered all questions. We like that there is a hot tub next to the pool which our toddler enjoyed. It is nice that not many people use the pool so we were able to have it all to ourself majority of our stay. The property is covered with different tropical plants and flowers which enhanced the overall view of the property. However, that caused some debris ended up in the pool but I did noticed the pool does get cleaned during my stay. As for the room, we are satisfied with the amenities that is included which include basic pots and pans, dishes and cups, towels for the pool, etc. The AC works beautifully and the space is big enough to a accommodate a family of three. We like the seating outside the veranda. Definitely would choose this property again for my next visit to Aruba. I want to extend my thanks to the wonderful gardener/staff Heng who is so nice and super friendly.

Nice specious and clean apartment, well equipped . The pool area was beautiful as well.Property manager was really helpful, we rented beach chairs and umbrella for really decent cost from him. The only issue was the location, a little bit weird but we felt save. I booked it through the Expedia and paid for all taxes and fees, but when we arrived the property manager asked for 60 dollars cash for some local taxes. They should be more transparent.

Easy to get a taxi to the resort/beach area and then used the local bus to get around to Palm Beach, Eagle Beach and more. The property was quiet with a little activity at night in the pool/hot tub area. We were in an end unit and slept comfortably and it was private and quiet. Seymour responded quickly to any inquiries. Thankfully, there were food stores within a 10 minute walk to get what we needed. We also ate locally at Yami Yami which was delicious Dutch Chinese Cuisine.

Great Stay, Comfortable, Safe Apartment Near Eagle

Have been to Aruba many, many times. We typically stay at a resort so this was a departure from our comfort zone. We immediately knew this was going to be a great place to stay. Our host was accommodating. The location is safe and convenient, and we typically rent a car, so the mile to Eagle Beach was not at all a burden. I recommend getting a car advise rental - there are no sidewalks on the road adjacent to the apartments. Parking, a premium at most rentals/resorts, was assigned and located in a circle drive. The pool and hot tub were beautiful but not particularly warm, so we didn’t swim much. The apartment was new - I believe we were the first to stay there. It has most everything you need for your stay. Most of our activities were beach and site-seeing adventures. We spent a day walking around downtown but most of the time at Eagle or Palm Beaches with a trip to Baby Beach just south of San Nicolas. The apartment is located very close to several grocery stores (Including the Super Food) so we ended up cooking a lot more than we have in the past. Super Food has a great selection and their deli has lots of prepared foods that were quite delicious. All in all, we would stay here again. The price was fair, the apartments are comfortable and we weren’t disturbed by other guests (which is always a possibility with resort properties).
