「This was one of the best hotel experiences my family has ever had. Everything was clean and seemed almost brand new, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.」

「The location was good. The staff seemed friendly but not engaged. They didn’t really seem like that they cared. The toilet seat in our bathroom was so loose it almost fell off. There was a great deal of mold in the shower. The hot tub was not working and the pool was out of service for several hours during the day time due to cleaning and didn’t reopen until 5pm. Prime dinner time. Clean the pool at a better time.」

En nuestra habitación el inodoro no drenaba bien el agua y la puerta principal no funcionaba la llave, tuvimos que cambiar la tarjeta como 5 veces y no funcionaba hasta que alguien vino y abrió la puerta con un aparato. 」

「Clean room. Excellent breakfast. A/C did not cool room well. I ended up sleeping on the couch in front of A/C unit since the cool air was not getting to the end of the room where bed was located. Room needs a ceiling fan or better A/C unit.」

「Great location. Clean and comfortable. While there were lots of restuarants in the area, this would have been an excellent stay had there been room service or a full-sized restuarant with room service. I would stay here again.」

「It was okay enough. Rooms did the job and they were decent. We had a rough time checking in... The front desk lady kept saying we hadn't paid, even though we had the receipt and proof of transaction on our cards. Finally, she just let us go on but we couldn't have access to any wifi and such. It was annoying, but we were on there to sleep, so I just let it be.」

「I had a reservation for 5 nights and checked in online however when I showed at the hotel they were over booked and gave my room away. So I was stranded in the middle of the night in a town I wasn’t familiar with and the front desk clerk did not offer to help or do anything other then suggest to cancel my reservation. They did manage to honor the rest of my stay but not having a room for a night definitely soured the entire experience 」
