"Location, most staff, lounge and cafe areas and cleanliness were all excellent. The downfall in our opinion is the charging for use of the pool and pool area. We have travelled to numerous countries and hotels and have never been asked to pay to use the pool. We were even denied access to go and look at the area without paying. Apart from that a great place to stay and its view over the Hanok Village is excellent. We cannot comment on the breakfast, but the food and drinks in the cafes is excellent."

"룸은 매우 깨끗하고 만족 스러움. 감점 요인은 - 엘리베이터 등 공용 공간이 좀 더웠음. 특히 주차장에서 엘리베이터 대기 공간, 엘리베이터 안이 더워서 밖에서 들어올때 너무 더움. - 2층에 홀이 있는데 무슨 행사가 있었음. 한국 행사라 이해는 가지만 밤 9시넘어서까지 안에서 노래 부르고 있었음. 방에서 들리지는 않음. - 카페, 수영장 등이 오후 6시인가 일찍 끝나서 밤에 이용할 것이 별로 없음. - Gym은 수건, 물 등이 없어서 가지고 가야함. 수건은 그렇다 쳐도 근처에 정수기 정도는 있었으면 함. - 풀은 매우 작아 어린이 노는 용도 밖에 안될 듯. 간단히 운동용으로 풀을 쓰려했으나 시간도 그렇고 작아서 이용 불가"

"Here's a polished version that keeps your balanced and honest tone: I probably would have given this property a higher rating if I hadn't stayed at a very comparable place the night before. Both hotels share a similar concept and are operated through Anook, yet the overall experience felt noticeably different. That said, this was still a solid stay. The private bathtub experience was unique and relaxing, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone passing through the area who is looking for a restful evening and a chance to enjoy a private bath. The floor-level tea table setup was also a nice touch—comfortable, cozy, and something a little different from a typical hotel room. I would rate the overall experience around 4.5 stars. The half-star deduction comes from having to pay extra for amenities that I felt should have been included, as well as some cleanliness issues. The room wasn't dirty by any means, but it didn't feel as polished as it could have been—I'd say it was about 88% there. Overall, it's absolutely worth trying and offers good value for the experience. I would have no hesitation recommending it to others, and I would certainly consider staying here again if I find myself in the area in the future."

"The staff were courteous and helpful. The rooms are basic, but clean and quiet. The lighting in the bathroom is poor for applying makeup. The breakfast buffet was adequate. We also ate in the cafe twice. It would be nice to have a full service restaurant for dinner. "
