「There is no front desk. We couldn't figure out how to get in. Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. You just needed your own soap. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette was furnished. 」

「Out of the town centre but has a very good public transport system nearby to get you in the town centre. Big room, comfy beds. Although needs something to keep the mattress topper on the beds better. Although this place is classed as an hostel the amenities makes this a whole lot better. Great pool and saunas The breakfast is basic but the paid menu for lunches and evening meals is definitely good value for money」

「It was a brand-new hotel, so everything was clean and new. Stuff were were attentive and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location is good which is around 10 minutes walk from Helsinki ferry terminal. Hotel is 5-8 minute walk to historic old town of Tallinn.」
