"I arrived with my family at 2am. Although we had a prepaid booking and it showed in the hotel’s system, the front desk was unable to give us a room for over an hour. We were even sent to another room that had someone sleeping in it and we woke them up at nearly 3am. Also the breakfast staff is not very pleasant at all and very strict with the end time, shutting the door on those that did not make it in before the 9.30 sharp closing time. And even 15 minutes before closing time, there was no more milk even for cereal and when asked for milk, the staff said no be use they were closing soon. We even witnessed a big fight that evolved into three different ones involving discontent guests not allowed access to breakfast. The hotel manager had to intervene. The place itself is fine, but it was probably the worst hotel experience ever in my case, starting with having to wait for an hour in the middle of the night after a long flight to check in, for a prepaid reservation and young children with me…"

"NO airport shuttle. They called an Uber for us. They failed to give us our breakfast vouchers for prepaid breakfast. After paying $12 for 2 crappy cups of Starbucks coffee, we went up to front desk and had them double-check. Oh yeah, you did prepay for breakfast-here’s your vouchers. But, we were told we would not be reimbursed for the coffee. We had prepaid for the room. But, GEE surprise, surprise they billed us twice. We have had to dispute the charge and it’s currently being investigated by the credit card company. A real pain, since we’ve had to fill out all kinds of paperwork. We called them about this and the hotel said they would take care of it. WE ARE STILL WAITING. The employees are just going through the motions here. They don’t care. It’s blatantly obvious. Save your money and go to a Motel 6. At least there you’ll get what you pay for. "

"Hotel was outdated and in need of many repairs and a good cleaning. Bed linens and towels were clean but the lampshades, walls, etc were dirty and the outlet was half broken on the wall. Only given one small bar of soap for both hands and shower. Had to ask for additional. Mini fridge door wouldn’t close until we took the drink holder out of it. Hallways constantly smelled of cigarette smoke. Would probably not stay again. "

"The breakfast was not fancy and the hot options were limited, but it was good for a quick meal. The room was clean, although the beds were on the firm side. Parking was fine and free, plenty of spots. Best was the location close to Dulles and Udvar Hazy center, and restaurant options nearby."
