My experience at this hotel was one of the worst I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the staff at reception were unprofessional—openly talking about a previous guest’s personal affairs, which was incredibly uncomfortable.
After checking in, the digital room key didn’t work, and I had to return to the front desk to get it replaced. Once inside, I found that although the room was spacious, the condition was unacceptable. The bed sheets were dirty and full of stains, the shower had mold and hair—clearly not cleaned after the last guest—and the carpet was old, loose, and poorly maintained.
To make matters worse, the hotel staff tried to overcharge me for breakfast, even though it was clearly included in my reservation. They insisted on being paid in cash, which felt very unprofessional and suspicious.
Overall, this stay was a complete disappointment. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
