「Amazing」

「This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. We arrived, anticipating an attractive and heated pool. We discovered a very dirty, shabby out of date pool that was cold. After much communication with Expedia, the owners of the hotel turned up the temperature on the pool. Unfortunately, because the hotel was listed as a four-star hotel, but was maybe at least a 2 1/2 star or three star hotel, we decided to go somewhere else. 「Really nice grounds and pool area. Large comfortable unit. Stove grill did not work, stove elements could not be turned down, range hood filthy, extractor fan in windowless bathroom did not work, decor needs a refurshment」
