「They email said the room is ready at 14.00pm… at 16:30pm door looked, no access to the property, no staff at reception. After making a call extra30 minutes to wait till one person arrived. Our room was very large, with a very high ceiling, but was very sparsely and cheaply furnished. The plumbing was bizarre- the room bathroom had two taps, and both delivered very hot water. (I let a glass stand overnight so that I would have room...

「Room was excellent. Very few staff spoke English but fortunately we spoke German which seems to be their second language.」
