We dropped our bags at reception mid-morning as we were early, returned after lunch, and they had been put in our room, just one example of the nice, friendly and attentive staff. The reception doubles as a modern air-conditioned coffee shop, with a small breakfast and coffee included as part of the room, which was a bonus. 」
