"My sheets were dirty with hairs, no wonder is super cheap, the breakfast it was not good, they only served what they want in in really small amount, there is nothing to choose same thing both days, when I asked for more eggs they said there is no more eggs they served only one egg with full of salt. Also The have a menu of drink way over priced, The only good things about this place was the pyramid view, and the welcoming of the employees other than that I was feeling very uncomfortable."

Jolie Ville Hotel & Spa Kings Island Luxor

"Location was amazing – the hotel sits on its own island in the Nile and the views around the resort are stunning. Pools are excellent in size and position, especially the infinity pool overlooking the river, but they could have been cleaner: a bit murky and the pool floor wasn’t pristine, so not quite 5‑star. Rooms were very poor for a 5‑star resort: extremely basic and not luxurious at all. We had a family room advertised as two rooms, but there’s no door between them, so it’s really one big room. Breakfast was very average. Variety was OK, but most of the food tasted old and stale. Not 5‑star standard. The à la carte restaurant for dinner was decent; nothing wrong with it, but nothing special either. It’s about a 20‑minute taxi ride to Karnak. Taxis organised by the hotel cost a bit more, but they were fast and included the driver waiting and providing a return trip. Overall, very good value and the location alone is worth it, but this is not a true 5‑star experience."

"My stay at the Nefertiti hotel was one of a kind and amazing. All of the staff were very kind and professional. Ahmed was so cool and kind. I felt safe in the hotel let alone the area.The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. This hotel has an old Egyptian rustic antique style to it. As a solo women traveler and black woman I never felt uncomfortable. I felt at home and like family as if they were my uncles and brothers. The food is GREAT on the rooftop and so is the view. I would definitely go back when in Luxor. Also you can walk to get your brows done , and the market, and McDonald's if you like. They will help you, and arrange anything you may need ,just ask, although they will ask you anyway. Also they have a car service that will pick you up from the airport very affordable . Thank you Nefertiti hotel."

"The hotel was as expected, and the staff were consistently helpful. I was, however, disappointed by the very limited number of women on staff. I recognize that women are less represented in the workforce in Egypt, and having visited the country several times, was prepared for that disparity. Still, it can be uncomfortable as a female guest to have nearly every interaction be with men. I continue to hope that hotels—particularly those with international ownership and clientele—will give greater consideration to gender diversity among their staff."

"We stayed five nights at the Hilton Spa & Resort in Luxor with my wife and teen daughter in two connecting rooms. The staff were attentive throughout, particularly those managing the pool and exterior restaurant. The property’s true strength is its waterfront location directly on the Nile: the infinity pools, outdoor seating, and sunset views are exceptional. All in all, an excellent stay."

"I’m fully happy with Pyramisa Hotel Luxor. Words cannot describe the beauty of this location. If heaven on earth needs to be seen it is here. We stayed there for 2 days, my kids loved it . We could see fabulous Nile view from our room. The calmness of Nile with backdrop mountains is beyond description. Staffs were phenomenal. The manager Wael allowed us to stay beyond check out for easiness of travel before flight . I would definitely recommend and will be staying there next time as well. Keep it up Pyramisa Hotel."

"I absolutely loved my stay at Basma Hotel-Aswan. I celebrated my birthday at the hotel and was made to feel so special by all the staff. Special thank you to Miss Reham, guest relations manager, Felo from the Admin team, Mohamed from the night reception team and the wonderful Mr Waleed from the restaurant. I loved my stay so much that I extended for an additional three days."
