「新装修的酒店非常新，我当时住5楼，一边还是毛坯房。新装修有点味道。但是整体很新，布置也很现代，配套设施全新很齐全。有洗衣机，餐具，灶台，碗筷等，适合常住。不过服务人员服务意识一般，不知道是不是对服务费有很高预期，可能我们给少了，人家看到我们不太待见。离店时帮忙搬行李也是草草了事。所以多透气，多训练员工服务性，比让我们离店前填写酒店评价表来的重要。」

We could not use the taps. We could not even flush the toilet. My mother had to go downstairs and ask what was going on. We were told that a pipe had broken. Nobody informed us before we asked. Nobody offered us another room or any other solution. We also called Omar, who was supposed to be responsible....
