Excellent property on the beach front at Nilaveli with private access to beach. Individual apartments which can be rented for stay. Has a functional kitchen if you wish to cook your own food.

This large aparthotel is a peaceful retreat in a quiet, scenic location with a beautiful pool and direct beach access. there are a few nearby dining options, also the well-equipped kitchens makes self-catering easy. Spacious rooms, beautiful surroundings and great amenities create a relaxing, informal escape perfect for unwinding. will recommend to my friends

The apartment was lovely and spacious with really comfortable beds, however the kitchen and bathroom were not very clean. The lack of restaurant really let this place down. The cafe style eatery, was ok but not adequate for such a large capacity. Add a decent restaurant with a sea view and it would be great!

Whats we loved is the amazing view of the ocean! Few steps from condo and you are right on the beach! The condo units are large and comfortable for a family. What we didnt like is the limited menu items, only western food and limited-time restaurant/room service is open. Additionally room could have used a deep clean. Many stains on walls that can be easily wiped.

Modern and clean apartment. Had everything we needed for a family with children including a washing machine. Great location right on the beach. Staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Location and property was great. However, service wasn’t good. Wifi was down for two days and on our last day, after calling maintenance, they didn’t even show up. Cell phone coverage was very bad in the area so had to rely on wifi. Also they couldn’t even provide an extra mattress (for a fee of course) as it was advertised in Expedia.
