The apartment is overpriced as the furniture and general decor is very basic. Although inside the apartment was clean when we arrived, the balcony was dirty and we were advised it would be cleaned the next day. By day 4, I had to ask 4 times for the balcony to be cleaned as well as a room clean as we had no cleaning service up until that point (not even fresh towels).

Modern and clean apartment. Had everything we needed for a family with children including a washing machine. Great location right on the beach. Staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Excellent property on the beach front at Nilaveli with private access to beach. Individual apartments which can be rented for stay. Has a functional kitchen if you wish to cook your own food.

This large aparthotel is a peaceful retreat in a quiet, scenic location with a beautiful pool and direct beach access. there are a few nearby dining options, also the well-equipped kitchens makes self-catering easy. Spacious rooms, beautiful surroundings and great amenities create a relaxing, informal escape perfect for unwinding. will recommend to my friends

The apartment was lovely and spacious with really comfortable beds, however the kitchen and bathroom were not very clean. The lack of restaurant really let this place down. The cafe style eatery, was ok but not adequate for such a large capacity. Add a decent restaurant with a sea view and it would be great!

Whats we loved is the amazing view of the ocean! Few steps from condo and you are right on the beach! The condo units are large and comfortable for a family. What we didnt like is the limited menu items, only western food and limited-time restaurant/room service is open. Additionally room could have used a deep clean. Many stains on walls that can be easily wiped.

Location and property was great. However, service wasn’t good. Wifi was down for two days and on our last day, after calling maintenance, they didn’t even show up. Cell phone coverage was very bad in the area so had to rely on wifi. Also they couldn’t even provide an extra mattress (for a fee of course) as it was advertised in Expedia.

The location is superb, you are right on the sea, with a large pool and very polite attentive staff. The appartment itself was clean and the beds were very comfy. Our specific appartment was a little worn but serviceable we had some issues with WiFi and the cooker but the hotel has maintenance men who came to help. We were still very comfortable for our stay. The rest of the complex is very well maintained. Long story short it's a great location and complex, staffed by very pleasant people and I suspect some of the condo's may have very different levels or finish: I would still reccomend to all

The apartment was lovely and can not fault it. What gives the place a bad rating is the first night we were there there was a geto blaster blaring out music and people still in the pool at 10pm, when signs in the lift so no pool use after 8pm. The music was still going on at 3am and we could hear it in the bedrooms through the glass on the second floor. Even ear plugs didn’t work! The music probably stopped about 4am, and restarted again at 8am. Why the managers or security didn’t intervene I do not know? Do not stay there on a full moon if you want a good nights sleep!!
