Staff is hopeless - not unfriendly but unwilling to help.
We were 4 people sharing an apparment, but we could only have 1 key to the door. The reception is not open 24/7 that why, we had major problems only having 1 key.
After many and long discussions with the staff, we gave and survived 2 days with just one key.
The restaurant is expensive and food is bad.
The appartment is nive. Kitchen, 2 bedrooms with bathrooms and a nice livingroom.
There were good moments, but we will never come back

Disappointment
We arrived and they didn’t have our booking despite proof on my Hotels.com app. They then said check in was at 14:00 whereas my booking showed 12:00. It took them until 13:30 and several looks at the app to finally show us to our room.
The room was dirty and the beach in front of the hotel wasn’t great. We moved 500 metres down the beach where it was much nicer.
Breakfast wasn’t great either. Cold food and coffee followed 10 mins after we had finished.
We won’t be returning.

They didn’t know we were coming. Asked 3 times if we were different people. Sat around half hour waiting to be sorted. Hopeless staff acted like work experience students. Took an hour up get 2 eggs for breakfast. Over staffed with useless people
