"The hotel is exceptional! The history behind the renovation of the property is fully laid out within the reception/lobby of the hotel and is fascinating. There is even a TV station showing the work done on the property too. The staff were simply fantastic. "My mother and I stayed for one night and we would never return to this hotel . The service was disrespectful, unsafe and incredibly rude . My mother and I have never been treated so poorly .
