"The hotel was beautiful and smelled amazing. It was perfectly situated and within walking distance to most things we wanted to do. We received two vouchers for drinks in lui of having housekeeping for two of our days. The room was very comfortable and was nice and cool. Great lighting for make up. "

"Staff were very friendly and efficient, the hotel was very clean although the room was pretty small for a double but had everything you could expect for a couple of nights the shower room toilet was clean with shampoo and soap provided. The bed was quite small for a double and the mattress wasn't the best quality i could hear the springs twanging as i moved and it wasn't particularly comfortable the pillows were also lacklustre but i don't like a foam pillow anyway. All in all a decent budget hotel but couldn't imagine spending more than a couple of nights."

"Large room on 4th floor, plenty elevators, very good location (close to the Four Courts historical/law center building, 20' walk to the start of the Temple Pub area and 25-30' Castle, cathedrals), near train station, river and distilleries, as well as 5-10' from the entrance to the main Dublin park (Phoenix) though that is opposite from downtown. Easy car access both coming from Cork (south) or airport (north, about 25' by car), spacious car garage for a reasonable price as big cities go; friendly staff, free city maps at reception, excellent breakfast (wasn't included as that seems to be the norm in Dublin but reasonable price and totally worth - we had to leave airport before 6 am so ate only one morning, but would have gone Sunday too if later flight); the restaurant had decent prices and seemed popular, though it's worth going downtown to the main pub area as there is life and excitement there late in the night and the walk back to hotel felt safe both nights we were there; another cool touch was free water fountains with both flat and sparkling cold water and plastic cups - we ended leaving one earlier purchased water bottle unopened in the room as the free hotel water was excellent; highly recommended and would stay again if in Dublin"

"A very modern concept. Aesthetically pleasing with new systems for check in and check out. The lighting in the rooms is fantastic. A great deal of thought has been put into the design and function of this hotel. Its also im an excellent location. Near to a great outdoor bar scene with funky little shops everywhere."

"Staff very friendly, however the room hadn't been cleaned properly. Toilet definitely not been cleaned, someone had been and hadn't been cleaned since then. Rubbish on the floor."

"This hotel is older and not up to date, especially in bathroom. Staff is very attentive. Bar nightlife very loud. This is not an 8.3 excellent rated place to stay."

"Very clean but room very small and without possibility of opening the window. The Staff mentioned us all windows are like that. Having just a fun in the room is not enough to have fresh air/change the air. "

"The hotel was clean, well-kept, and the staff was amazing. Everyone was super friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Breakfast was always fully stocked, hot, and delicious, even in the busiest of times. The rooms are small but have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location is fantastic, easy walking access to just about everything."
