Yet later another girl came and told us she found it after a while. No apology were said by their staff and they had nothing to say. Very disturbing experience and would definitely not considering staying here next time.」

「This is an exceptional place to stay near Malpensa Airport. Eva is very efficient & helpful regarding check in and shuttle to from MXP (included in room price). This was the most comfortable bed & room of our one month in Italy, & we had a lot of comfortable rooms! Breakfast space is light & tasteful, excellent choice of food.」

「I did not eat breakfast. There is a buffet breakfast. There is no tea cup with spoon in the room. There is no tissue paper, only have toilet paper. The church nearby rings every hour even at night so bring a earplugs. Otherwise it is fine. The bathtub stopper does not work so I have to sit and put pressure on it to keep it down. No shower curtain if you need to shower. 」

「Abbiamo alloggiato presso la "Tenuta del Vecchio Mulino" con il nostro cane per una notte. Il soggiorno è andata abbastanza bene. La struttura è bella e ben curata. Le uniche due pecche sono l'insonorizzazione delle camere, quasi del tutto assente (si sentiva chiunque passasse nel corridoio) e la colazione, molto scarsa sia nella qualità che nella qualità. Per il resto è un posto confortevole e molto comodo per chi vuole passare un weekend nelle vicinanze di Casale Monferrato.」
