First room had a running toilet that stopped working at 930 at night and we had to change rooms. The door on the first room was warped and didn’t shut properly. The front desk clerk was very nice and got us a new room quick but the second room wasn’t much better. The elevators were very slow and seemed like they would stop working. Wouldn’t stay there again

We were there for a college visit and decided to visit Niagara Falls. Nice hotel facilities for an inexpensive price. We definitely took advantage of the pool, their exercise room and of course free breakfast. Plus, the room was spacious for us four. You do have to pay a parking fee but was worth it. It was walking distance from the falls and like two blocks from the casino. Would stay there again. Plus the staff was attentive and nice.

Although the facilities are modern style, the toilett had a malfunction. We have to tell front desk in three ocasion before they partially fixed it.Also, they did not clean our room and told that will do after we left. It was a 4 nights stay!! We have to take away the trash of the room. ur ro

Parking fee to stay at the hotel was a bad start. The hotel pool had vomit around the edge. Hotel staff was unaware of the issue. The breakfast was underserved, unavailable and disappointing. Hotel room was not properly setup when we arrived.

We appreciate the Manager Rose who was very nice and accommodating. The food handlers were rude. They slam things and not even courteous. They act as if they hate working there. Overall, it’s OK.

We tried to check in a little easy and our room wasn’t ready which was fine. We went over the Canada and came back to check in around 10 and our room still wasn’t ready. We had to wait in the lobby for fifteen minutes while someone went to check our room and make sure it was clean. It was also very loud on our floor. We could hear the family next to us screaming at 7 am as well and people out in the hallway being very very noisy. I would’ve liked to sleep in a little but that wasn’t possible. Breakfast buffet wasn’t great either.

Great location to the American Falls park! The property was pretty clean and maintained well enough. Overall, not bad and solidly ok. The breakfast and coffee left much to be desired and could use some improved options. Coffee cups were small and lacked lids. No muffins, rolls, or bagels were available- just sliced bread to make toast. Compared to other hotels who offer breakfast it was unimpressive. The location to the falls was the highlight. We were able to park our car and leave it for the whole weekend. We even walked to Canada for the day to enjoy the sights over there. Overall - a solid hotel worth considering.

For some reason, don't know if they messed up the schedule how long we were staying. They cleaned out our food and drinks from the refrigerator and in a bag on the reigurator and also the stuff from the bath room and suitcase on the counter. Good thing we had no prescription drugs that needs refrigeration. We checked all our belongings and nothing was missing. I think it was kind of odd, initially we thought there was a break in.
