Had a tough time with Wi-Fi. No connectivity even 3-5 rooms away from main office. Was asked to reduce security on phone😀 Then was informed maybe the node around the room wasn’t working.

Location wise phenomenal. The whole place is under staff and in need of complete make over. Rooms are average at best bathrooms are utilities are in poor condition.

Included breakfast was minimal, and non existent. The property had trash and debris on it. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, the facility needs an update.

What I liked is you could tell they took pride of ownership. The location was also very close to a target and other dining options which was convenient. Overall was a great stay.

Super 8 is Super accommodating!
The staff is wonderful and accommodating. Polite and a fun group of people. The Manager Robert has been a great help each time I have been to the hotel due to my being handicap. Always present to help. The rooms are basic but well maintain. The breakfast brunch is always inviting and kept stocked and clean. Location is near places to eat and shop. My third stay this year. More will follow.

Amazing price and very nice stay.
This hotel is located right near the outlet stores, walmart and target. Very prime location. 30 min drive to the walden galleria mall. Hotel was very clean and hotel staff were really nice. Breakfast in the morning had bagels, cereal and toast. Coffee, tea ans juices. Great way to start the day. Beds were comfortable and great nights sleep. Rooms look like they have been updated. My twins and I had a great 2 nights.

Worst stay ever, I paid 177.00 for 2 nights. No coffee in my room, then the second night neighbors kept me up All night. Come to find out it was the family of the owners.

The environment was good However, there was no microwave and no coffee machine in the room. I will strongly recommend these are essential, because not all guests can walk to cafeteria to have their coffee. At least a coffee maker can be provided, if extra cost is warranted.

Walls were thin, you could hear the other rooms beside and above, and do mean you could hear everything!!! But staff was great, basically clean, rooms could of used a bit more dusting. But overall would stay here again

Good stay and everyone of the staff was nice only problem I did encounter was the person next door complaining my tv was too loud 2 nights in a row first night it was 7 at night 2nd night it was 9 at night they have a 10 o clock quiet rule as well which is absurd to me but hey it is wat it is other then that everything was cool.

Very good customer service, the morning gentleman was very nice and he provided excellent customer service, the hotel is overall very good and perfect place got everything around the hotel also the fall is 11 minutes drive from hotel.
