There were three foot long streaks of dark stain and dark 1-3" coffee color stain spots all over the carpet. The carpet was so old it had worn to the ground in some , and opening at the seams, looked nasty. We found bugs on one bed. The place is filthy. The AC is a small noisy consumer-grade in-wall AC unit which can not keep the room cool no matter what.
This place is the dirtiest most outdated place I have ever booked. The photos and descriptions online did not show actual current photos. Not just out-dated, the room, lobby, yard is dirty and seems abandoned by the owners, leaving the nice front desk people to deal with shocked, really upset customers who upon arrival find themselves in a real bind.
AGAIN, the front desk and supervisor were truly amazing people, they were short-staffed, but doing their best to really help. The owners to this place should be a shamed and at the least be fined heavily for false advertisement and horrible conditions. Upon arrival we were told the main building in the photos is booked and was taken to outside two-floor motel-looking extension to the building. The rooms smell. What appeared to be a frame for a shelf in the center of the room, was missing shelves!
THE STAFF IS AMAZING but unfortunately the place is filthy and broken down. We cancelled and had to find a place at arrival.
