Upon entering room, front door was open. There was mold in the shower. The bathroom fan didn’t work. The back sliding door didn’t lock. We went swimming all three days. The first days there was no towels. I told the manager and we waited another hour and no movement on towels. Literally two full baskets of dirty towels sitting there. Had to track down a maid to get a towel. It was a nightmare. We tried to get out of the last day but they would refund us. So we were stuck there.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is within walking distance to basically everything. The room was a nice size with an extremely comfortable king size bed. The only thing close to an issue we had was that we noticed a couple of mud dauber wasps trying to make a nest just outside our balcony door. We spoke with the front desk, and just happened to be introduced to their maintenance staff. He was very thankful for the info as to the location to look in as we showed him a picture. We just wanted to make sure they knew about i as its not an everyday occurrence and its better safe than sorry or stung. We ould definitely go back, more than worth it.

Breakfast was a nice surprise, and very well done. The building is old but kept clean. Could use a screen on the balcony door so you can keep the door open at night. It’s right in the casino/ concert area and a short walk to the falls. Overall it was a nice experience

Very convenient location for the casino. Everything is close by. The room however needs to be updated and refreshed and the bathroom needs a complete overhaul.

Waited an hour and a half for our room to be ready past the 3pm check in. Once we got our room, the bathroom reeked of urine. The tile baseboards were falling off the walls near the bathroom as well. Ac worked and it was great to get out of the heat but definitely could tell the decor hasn’t changed in a very long time. Not only did they not offer any compensation for our extended wait, they slipped a resort fee bill under the door in the middle of the night. Very close to the Casino and Skylon tower. Definitely won’t stay here again.

Le service quand je suis arrivé pas très accueillante. Le matin on a pas pus déjeuners car cela ouvrait seulement a 8 am et quand nous voulions revenir il était trop tard car fermer a 11heures am nous sommes arrivé à 10:58 et on nous a pas laissé rentrer.

Check in went smoothly, but when I arrived at around 4PM, the cleaning staff were still tidying up, despite the 3PM checkin time. There was a bit of a delay and a lack of communication there. The pool water looked a cloudy and tiles showed rust, which took away from the overall feel. Only 1 channel on the TV (CP24). Some outdated and rusty furniture. That said, it’s a decent place for a night or two if you're on a budget but don't want gross motels... it's comfortable enough, though not luxury. The staff were great though. Helpful and friendly!

Behold! The loudest air conditioning unit ever, that apparently cannot be adjusted nor turned off. We were worried that the street noises would keep us awake, but this integrated white noise machine and the screwed-shut windows quickly dissipated those fears. The fully functional waterfall bathroom sink is an elegant and tasteful tribute to the majesty of the nearby Falls, that will make you wish you never had to leave the semi-private comfort of your toilet seat. Thankfully, the expertly ill-fitted bathroom door just might make this dream a reality. Clearly, they have thought of everything.
