청결도가 너무 엉망인 호텔입니다.

가격은 너무 저렴해서 맘에 들었지만 주변 공사로 인하여 소음으로 휴식을 취할수가 없었으며 객실 청결 상태는 엉망입니다. 개미가 방에 벽을 기어 다니며 바퀴벌레가 나오기까지 했으며 조식은 오전 6시 부터 9시까지 인데 7시만 지나도 음식들 동이나고 제대로 채우지도 않았으며 식당 내부 청결도 엉망이었습니다. 그나마 시내 중심가에 자리 잡고 있다는 이점 왜에는 방에서 곰팡이 냄새 및 청결도가 엉망입니다.

Hatten ein Zimmer ohne Fenster mit extremen Schimmelgeruch. Die Lage war in Ordnung. Die Dusche im Bad war so konzipiert, dass sofort der gesamte Raum unter Wasser stand

Otrevlig personal. Frukost helt okej. Rum utan fönster, byttes ej lakan och efter dusch var det vatten i hela badrummet. Dock bra läge

Начну с того, что отель не отвчает на письма в электронной почте. Две недели пытался заказать трансфер, у меня в ответном письме спросили детали поездки, отправил все в полном объеме: рейс, дата, время, колличество персон, и тишина, конечно же ни кто не встретил. Заказывал комнату с видом на море, а получил 1й этаж с видом на электро станцию. Всё бы ни чего, но за виды я заплатил. На что мнн персонал ответил: вы и так за копейки приехали. Так же предложили, если не нравиться-искать другой. Отель полностью заполнен русскими туристами класса "египет всё включено". Хамские бухарики. Уборку сделали в первый день, после чего я отказался от уборки. Ни чего не сделали, только добавили минибар. Сама комната, кроме вида: запрашивал заранее и получил подтверждение об 1 большой кравате, но получил две маленькие. Отель ВЕСЬ ДЛЯ НЕ КУРЯЩИХ! Хотя в описании написано для курящих. Плюсом Был балкон, где я и курил. Завтраки хорошие и вкусные. До моря 10 минут пешком, рядом большой ТК, где все мазилки и сувениры дешевле, чем в лавках. Вечером рядом большой ночной рынок рядом. Вобщем тур фирмы типа анекса и Пегаса заполонили некогда прекрасный отельчик... Я думаю, что менеджмент наладиться, после отказа работы с русскими тур операторами.

Beutiful vietnam.

Located in the center of nha trang,5 years ago there was no russians but now it seems more geared up for the arrogant russians you could stay for a month if you wanted .but probably a week to see the beautiful countryside oh and the ladies worth a visit but this year bad weather which stopped the brilliant diving , if you ride scooters, motorbikes jimmy,s easy rider shop is well worth a visit ,but a tad boring.

Musty smelling room and bad service.

The location looked sketchy at first, being down an alley. It turned out ok and a nice walkable location. I had been traveling Vietnam for a month and booking hotels the day before I arrived in a city through the Expedia app. Upon checking in to my two rooms it was already a disaster! The lady at the front desk was screaming at myself and the three others that my phone confirmation was not correct. With some trouble we finally got keys to our two rooms. Upon entering our room we were blasted with a musky smell. No windows. A fan that worked and an AC unit that also just worked like a fan. Our room looked nice. But smelt so bad! We stayed two days and wouldn't be able to sleep at night so we left at sunrise to sleep on the beach. The only mold I saw in the room was on the shower ceiling. But the shower flooded the room if you took too long. This hotel was the only hotel in my month long travels through Vietnam who acted like they didn't notice you walk in the lobby. The service was non existent and every receptionist just played on their phones. We were charged 120k vnd for pink mark on a towel with came off of non Permanent colored hair after being washed. They wanted money for the towel, but were shocked when we said we wanted to keep the towel. The reception wanted to pocket the money.
