Friendly staff, lovely rooms and shared spaces

Walk from bus stop is tough in the heat (and herding a toddler along) but hostel was great. Clean, comfortable rooms. We were initially placed in wrong type of room but manager quickly and kindly corrected the error and even upgraded us to a nicer room. Easy bus ride to charming town of Svaneke or to local beaches at Balka and Dueodde.

Överraskande kvalite

Blev lite orolig när jag insåg att det var ett hostel då dessa brukar vara väldigt spartanska och sällan erbjuda någon jätte kvalité. Fick dock alla mina fördomar spräckta. Nexö hostel hade sköna sängar, rent och fint och även om man delade toalett var det endast två rum per toalett och ordentliga toaletter (inga bås och aldrig kö!). Frukosten höll också hög kvalité och fräscha lokaler. Ett litet plus är möjligheten att köpa vin/öl/tilltugg i minishoppen även om vi inte utnyttjade den möjligheten denna gången.

Ett mycket välutrustat kök, med bra möjligheter till förvaring av mat för samtliga gäster. Rummet var spartanskt möblerat men rymligt. Gästerna var trevliga. Kontakten med personalen var så gott som obefintlig, ingen visade oss till rätta. Golven i rummet och badrummet var skräpiga och under en av sängarna låg en smutsig strumpa. Denna bristande städning drog ner helhetsintrycket rejält. Städningen måste bli bättre.

Jeg er på vandretur, Bornholm rundt, via kyststien, og havde planlægt en overnatning på Nexø Hostel, da det ligger godt ift. min rute, og til en rimelig pris for ophold og i øvrigt fantastisk morgenmad. Jeg var overrasket over hvor nemt det er at ankomme, samt at de har et stort fælleskøkken, og vaskeri, som jeg også fik benyttet. Jeg er vild med at de har fodbad og badesalt til mine trække fødder, til fri afbenyttelse. Jeg kommer helt sikkert igen.
Nexø Hostel nye Café område. Med tv, spil, aviser, magasiner, og tá selv betjening af godt udvalg. Hyggeligt.

Meget positiv oplevelse

Dejligt ophold. Pænt og rent hostel med gode faciliteter. Hyggelig gårdhave og godt udstyret self service cafe' i en hall med fin lounge hvor man kan se tv og spille brætspil. Meget venligt og servicemindet personale. Vil anbefale ophold til andre og kommer gerne tilbage en anden gang.

Super hostel oplevelse

Vi bookede tre overnatninger i forbindelse med en forlænget weekend - vi valgte løsningen med delt badeværelse. Vores hund var meget velkommen - men må dog ikke efterlades på værelset. Der var sat vand frem til hunden både i fælles køkkenet og ved indgangene. Der er dejlige værelser, fine fælles faciliteter og super velfungerende wifi (rart når man har en hjemmearbejdsdag). Morgenmaden var virkeligt god og personalet var meget imødekommende. Der er en fin selvbetjenings cafe med både mad og drikke - baseret på tillid.

Mycket fint!

Mycket trevligt med eget rum och toalett/dusch som tillhörde varje rum utanför dörren. Mycket fin frukost med nybakt bröd. Lite svårt hitta in till rummen på kvällen när man kom.

Dyrt til prisen. Utrolig små værelser helt oppe under taget. Ikke dansktalende personale. Ingen hjælp at hente da værelset skulle anvises. Snavset gulv, meget lydt, kunne høre når personen i naboværelset vendte sig i sengen, eller gik rundt på værelset. Skulle selv rede sengen op.

Vil helt sikkert vælge dette hostel igen.

Dejligt værelse med eget toilet/bad. Opholdets eneste ulempe var dog, at man skulle tilgå toilet/bad ude i det fælles gangareal. Der er dog værelser med bad inde på værelset også. Det vil vi vælge næste gang. Mulighed for at spise både inde og ude. Der kunne godt være flere udemøbler/ borde-bænkesæt. Stort fælleskøkken med adgang til køleskab var dejligt. Skønt udeområde og let parkering. Det varme vejr gjorde at værelset var meget varmt, og der var desværre ikke kroge til at holde de åbne vinduer sikkert på plads. Gode senge med gode dyner og hovedpuder. Tæt på byen og indkøb.

Vi hade hund med oss, och det enda sätt att ta sig upp till rummet, var genom en spiraltrappa i järn, något man borde upplysas om då många hundar inte går i sådana trappor. Det var även väldigt lyhört.

Bra hostel lite utanför centrum

Ett bra hostel med bra sängar. Skönt när man kan fixa lite mat själv, då det är en bit att gå till byn. Bra med husgeråd och tillgång till kylskåp ett + - vi fick insatt en extrasäng till barnbarnet- jättebra. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka
