"I was really disappointed with my stay. I paid over $480 CAD for a room specifically advertised as having a patio with a water view, but the room I was initially assigned was unacceptable for that price point. The bathroom door would not even close properly, and the “patio” view was nothing like what was advertised. The patio itself directly connected to a common area and mainly faced the back of the building rather than offering a meaningful water view. The patio furniture was also very dated and worn, and the space lacked any sense of privacy since people could walk just steps away from the patio area. After I complained, the staff did relocate me to a room with a better view, which I appreciated, but it still did not include the patio I had specifically booked and paid for. The EV charging situation was also frustrating. Parking already cost an additional $47 per night, yet only 2 hours of EV charging were included for free. The charger was very slow and only added about 10% battery during that time. After the 2 hours, guests are expected to move their car or continue paying extra simply for occupying the charging spot. I tried returning the next morning around 8am to charge again, but all 6 charging stalls were already occupied. The overall experience felt misleading and not worth the premium price. I expected much better quality control, transparency, and guest accommodations for a hotel at this price level."

"We stayed here one night before boarding a cruise, so the location was perfect. It’s within walking distance from the SkyTrain station, multiple restaurants, and the cruise terminal. Every single staff member we encountered was incredibly nice and helpful. Their customer service is exceptional! The room was very clean and had nice amenities. Although it’s a little on the smaller size, the placement of everything was well thought out. Would definitely stay again!"

"My mattress was uneven but I am happy with the quick response from the hotel. I also received a complimentary breakfast because of it but the restaurant host struggled to find it under my room even with the message on my phone clearly stating it was there. It was quite awkward.. the host made me feel as though I was asking for a free breakfast. It might be helpful to have the complimentary breakfast message out in a comment everyone can see at once.. he made me feel as though I was making it up or being spammed. Thank you for your kindness and quick response otherwise."
