「The male at the window at check in was very nice and respectful.When I made reservations it was wrong.The room reserved was for smoking and it was upstairs with no elevator.I I informed the man the situation and he bent over backwards to find me another room.He didn't have to do that but he did.His kindness was very appreciated.I don't know his name but if the manager sees this review I hope he returns the kindness to him.」

「Hotel is under renovations. This should have been disclosed when making reservations. We made a reservation because we wanted a bar and restaurant on-site so we wouldn’t have to drive to a restaurant after six hours of driving. Upon arrival we learned the restaurant and bar are closed. We are very disappointed.」
