「Should not be allowed on Expedia. In the middle of a branding change. We were one of numerous people that booked rooms in advance but there were no rooms. We were told they were going to refund and get us a complimentary room ready while we ate nextdoor. Came back, no room. Another person was put in a room that was actively being painted, supplies still in the room. Will go down as one of the worst, least professional experiences ever at a hotel.

「Staff very friendly, but the bed was INCREDIBLY uncomfortable. Even my daughter complained about how cheap and hard the mattress was. Woke up very sore and couldn’t sleep well. Shower needed cleaned better as bottom is stained. 」
