Two of the jets in the tub did not work properly and unfortunately, room service was no longer an option. Although you could go downstairs and pick it up your order. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we will return. "

"Terrible breakfast. There is no breakfast buffet, their online description is highly deceptive and misleading. There was some lukewarm coffee, a few dry bagels, muffins and toast. No eggs, no links, no bacon… nothing warm. Then the manager had the audacity to tell me that I didn’t even qualify for any breakfast since I didn’t book directly with the hotel. Expedia members don’t count. I also qualified as a VIP guest which they ALSO didn’t honor (no free beverage). Small stuff like that ruins your vacation, especially since the listing boasts about their breakfast! I can eat elsewhere, but the manager felt like blaming ME for not booking with them directly. "
