"The room was quite dirty. The bathroom floor was covered in hair and the walls and ceiling had mold. The shampoo was never replaced and was used. The room had a musty smell. Beds were okay and clean. Carpet must have been dirty as our socks were black. Across the street from an airport. The hotel is a direct path for a runway, so very loud."

"They pick the doors after 9pm but didn’t have any signage telling me what to do. Finally got inside only to be given a key to an occupied room. Then got given a room in a “quiet area” but was next to a barking dog. This was all around 11:30pm. I had my 4 month old baby with me. I didn’t feel safe. This was clearly a hotel people actually live in, not just stay in. I ended up leaving and driving the 2 hours home instead of staying. While the girl at the desk was doing everything she could, it was an absolutely horrible experience. "

"My room didnt look clean had a smell to it ,sheets did not fit bed. Pool did not have towels out had to keep asking pool had too much chlorine it made kid cough .I wpuld not recommand this one "

"I had to cancel my reservation the bed. The bedding was stained. The room smelled dogs kept barking as we’re walking in. I checked this out. Bathroom was not clean like to know what I need to do to get a refund."
