The entire facility was spotless. The staff were friendly but sparse I was not informed ahead of time that the rooms would only be cleaned upon request for my 5 night stay. I chose the breakfast included rate but discovered it did not include the morning of checkout. I was told I would be emailed my Bill. 24 hours later I do not have it. Very clean facility and good Covid protections …

Seeing that the visit was during the pandemic I felt safer knowing that the rooms stayed 48 hours vacant between guests. I would have liked some physical indicators inside the room suggesting that the room and all its contents had been disinfected appropriately but I always bring disinfectants to reclean and spray all surfaces regardless. However the room looked clean and I felt safe. The staff was pleasant and there weren’t many people at the hotel. Also the rate was excellent. All went well. This place was fantastic!!! Service was amazing, room clean and spacious. The pillows here will make your body melt, I kid you not. And they’re COVID-compliant, which I truly appreciate. Meaning you must wear a mask inside at all times, sanitation stations are available, and countertops look and smell like they’ve been wiped down continuously. My mom and I stayed the night during a crazy winter storm and through it all we couldn’t feel more cozy at this hotel.
