「Single traveller, using the hotel as a half way stop during a long journey. Stayed just for one night. The staff, from the reception to the restaurant were absolutely fantastic. Knew my name and used it, I felt like their most important customer, even though the hotel/restaurant seemed busy. 「I booked an accessible twin room at Raven's Cliff, Motherwell for the weekend. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were great to sleep on, and the accessible toilet / shower was large and easy to use. The breakfast and dinner served in the pub / restaurant were delicious and the price was reasonable. In summary, I had a lovely weekend stay at Raven's Cliff in Motherwell.」

「The property is under construction and no restaurant available. That made ot hard to judge staff. But there was a young deaf woman who cleaned rooms. She was extremely helpful when I needed more towels. The front desk was not manned at all times so I was lucky to come across her. She went out of her way to help me though she was clearly busy. Nice hotel. Enjoyed the air conditioning. 」

「The staff in particular reception were caring, pleasant, helpful, and understanding all in all reception was outstanding and staff throughout the organization were pleasant and extremely helpful so much so after my three days stay last week, I shall be returning to the hotel for another three days stay later this week」
