「very big and good location (just near Newcastle University)」

「Great location, clean, and great amount of space. Only trouble was getting in at the start however this was quickly fixed with a phone call. 」

「Cutlery and crockery were dirty, with food still stuck to some cutlery. Beds, bathrooms etc were excellent. Poor layout, with no sanitary facilities downstairs, making it hard for older people and those with bad knees. Parking inadequate unless underneath was used - again too many stairs.」

The hotel has a great sense of style, with thoughtful interior design and small details that make the stay feel more polished. I especially liked the fresh, pleasant scent throughout the lobby and corridors, which added to the overall feeling of cleanliness and quality. A comfortable and well-maintained hotel that I would happily recommend.」
