Avoid like the plague
Well where to start!! Probably best to start with the fact we didn’t end up staying here, not because we didn’t want to but because firstly we couldn’t find it, the address provided didn’t match the postcode, eventually found the road but no Alexander Apartment? Tried mobile number on booking which was out if service - never received any details on how to get in (even if we’d have found it!) hotels.com we’re next to useless, also couldn’t contact the property nor could they book us anywhere near it as replacement- mid way through call (from USA) to rebook somewhere after an hour long conversation they cut off and never called back- utter joke. We drove 6 hours for this epic failure, the laugh of it was that we travelled on a refund voucher from the last holiday of our they also ruined by not booking our room!! My advice - stick to premier inn, they sorted us rooms and breakfast with a huge discount for something that wasn’t even their fault- now that’s customer service! ;-) DONT BOOK HERE
