The Tin Brook was absolutely perfect for our Mother's Day trip to the Catskills--and we weren't even supposed to be there, because it was actually closed. We had our pick of rooms and chose the top of the house, which was more than enough space for the three of us. "The staff was amazing! Soon as we arrived the front desk person was very nice, There was no waiting to check in. We were checked in and got our room key. Not so happy about the room and for the price for 2 nights I expected better. We were given a room in the second floor facing the front of the hotel. "There is two things that NEEDS improvement. The king size bed that we had in our room was NO GOOD! I could not get a good night sleep. It needs to be replace. The other thing is maid service. We did NOT get maid service for the three days we stayed. "
