This was one of the worst lodging experiences I have ever had. I booked this property out of necessity after my flight was cancelled and I urgently required accommodation for the night. Upon arrival, I rang the doorbell multiple times and received absolutely no response. Another guest was also present, and we were both left standing outside with no communication or assistance whatsoever.
The situation became even more unacceptable when the weather deteriorated and it began snowing. Only after repeatedly attempting to make contact were we able to reach the owner, who then informed us that he could not accommodate us despite our reservations already being confirmed. This information should have been communicated before arrival, not after leaving paying guests stranded outside in unsafe conditions.
This level of negligence is indefensible. Leaving guests locked out, in poor weather, with confirmed bookings demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism and basic responsibility. The stress and urgency this created were entirely avoidable.
This property is unreliable and should not be trusted under any circumstances. I strongly caution others against booking here.
