I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations and has raised serious concerns regarding the quality of service and hospitality provided.
Here are the main issues I encountered:
• The swimming pool was extremely dirty and appeared unsafe for use.
• There was no food provided at all, despite it being part of the advertised service.
• The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained.
• The shower was broken and unusable.
• Many essential amenities were missing from the room.
• Most concerning of all, the behavior of the staff, especially the lady at the reception, was rude and unprofessional. Despite raising my concerns with the supervisor, no resolution was offered.
I have stayed at many hotels across various states, but this experience stands out as one of the worst. I feel that I did not receive the service I paid for, and I am extremely disappointed.
I request a full explanation and appropriate compensation for this poor experience. I am also considering sharing this review publicly so that others can be warned.
