De kamer was zeer ruim voor 3 personen. Airco draaide 24/7, maakte wel wat geluid, maar hadden wij geen last van. Bedden lagen prima, badkamer was goed, schoonmaak ook niets over te klagen. Locatie was werkelijk perfect! Dichtbij central station en The Summit, Bryant Park, allemaal op loopafstand. Wij zouden dit hotel zeker een volgende keer weer boeken.

Upon check in they had us on the 11th floor, both keys did not work so we got moved to the 9th floor. There was never any body wash in that room and they never brought it after i told the front desk. Luckily we packed our own. There was no coffee station in the room as most hotels have. We had to also ask for a bar of soap for hand washing. Overall lacking amenities, and when I approached the front desk girl one evening she was rude and handed me a sticky note to email the manager.

This hotel is not it. I could write multiple things about this place that made our stay lacking. There are plenty of other options in the area that are around the same price, closer to time square and actually show they care about their customer through their hospitality and amenities. They don’t greet you when you walk in. Not to mention, the manager literately smokes multiple nights right in front of the door. The hotel lobby is not welcoming at all, looks like cheaply made furniture from Amazon/Ikea and gives basement vibes lighting. Not a place you would want to stay and hang out in. All of the other multiple New York hotels that we have stayed at offered complimentary snacks, water, coffee/tea, even free wine, etc through out the day to be hospitable to their guest. However, this one had none of that in the lobby or even a coffee maker in the room. There was no ice machine available at all in 95+ degree weather which is insane. The only thing this hotel has going for them is the size of the room. The room is low key rachet, with doors that have the bottom chipped or cut off but it was nice to have multiple places to sit. Also, the soaps were not luxurious at all. I use garnier and tressmme so I’m not bougie, but these soaps left my hair feeling so disgusting, like VO5. On top of that, there was NO LOTION. I have never stayed at a hotel that offered no lotion. Overall, if you only care about how big the room is maybe this is the place for you. Wouldn’t recommend.

This hotel was awful, the remodel attempt was very unprofessional and without care. There were exposed wires, filthy, old, unmatching furniture, and stains on the rug in the sitting area. My husband and I couldn't stay there even one night. And they would not refund our money. So we ended up having to book at another hotel without being refunded. Would not recommend!!!!

I’ve already written a detailed letter to the Tuscany Management outlining a number of issues I had with my stay so these comments aren’t going to blindside them. Things such as: the AC not working, stained furniture in the suite, no towels, no soap, dead cockroach in bathroom, freezer in fridge was unusable due to frost buildup. I was moved to another room that had broken tile in the bathroom, mildew stains in the shower, no soap, no glasses and the worst pillows I’ve ever had in a hotel. There were other issues with the property and other guests who complained about the lack of AC. The location was great but the property was disappointing to say the least. Many of these items are easily fixed but the lack of attention to detail was obvious.

The hotel is nice with large rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. The gym and business area are great as well. The hotel did not provide shampoo, soap, body wash, or tissues. They also didn’t leave any extra toilet paper, the little we had run out the last day. They didn’t change towels in a 6 day stay and the cleaning during our stay was just taking the trash out two days in 6. The WiFi in room 201 was terrible so no devices could be connected. The TV consequently only worked sporadically. We requested a different room and staff was rude and refused.

There was no access to roof top , bar or breakfast but the room was spacious , clean and comfortable as was the shower. We would stay here again as Murray Hill is a great neighborhood we are familiar with.

The Tuscany was located conveniently near central station and walking distance to Times Square. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable.Their service and hospitality was excellent from all staff members daily. Our stay at Tuscany was a great experience during our vacation in NY City.

We were messaged saying we could pay for check in as early as 10am which we relied on heavily given we landed at 6am. Arrived and were told that was not possible, it would be 2-230 earliest due to linen arrival. They have no showers or any facilities for guests so we had to brush our teeth and wash in the toilets behind the lobby. We went out from 830 to 3pm in high temperatures and humidity. Got back exhausted to be told we would have to wait till 5pm to check in to the corner room we booked as they still had no towels and couldn’t check in without them apparently. And could not move towels from the room they were giving us instead of ours and put them into ours. We were told the room was not a downgrade but it is clearly much smaller on their website than the corner room. We then spoke to the other person at reception and he said we could have our corner room without towels so we did that. The room had no door knob on the bathroom (just a large hole), no cover on the very noisy aircon, no fridge despite space for one, coffee machine with no pods and was just generally tired. We asked to move rooms and got a smaller room even though corner rooms are all meant to be same size. This one had a tiny bathroom, which had many broken elements and was not clean. Lamp didn’t work, fridge wasn’t cold and tape covered holes in the walls. No apologies or offers to give a discount. We checked out two days early and were told we would get a refund for two nights but we have received none.

If you're not bothered by dated furniture, slightly stained carpeting, bizarre accent walls (and we were not), then stay here. Our King Loft Suite was spacious and clean, and we felt very comfortable there. The staff was excellent -- welcoming, friendly, accommodating and helpful. The neighborhood is great. Walking distance from the J.P. Morgan Museum and Library, Grand Central Station, and many, many restaurants. We had a view of the iconic Chrysler Building from our window. Can you tell we enjoyed our stay there?
