I will never stay at this property again. I chose this hotel for its proximity to where I needed to be, but I was unaware of the surrounding area. It’s located in a heavily policed neighborhood, which made me feel uneasy. The property was advertised as offering breakfast, but there was no real breakfast provided, just coffee and a few store-bought baked goods. On the first night, the AC worked, but it stopped functioning for the remainder of my stay and was never fixed. One night, the fire alarm went off just as I was preparing for bed. No one came to inform guests of what was happening, I had to call the front desk myself, only to be told there was no emergency. That lack of communication was extremely concerning. Additionally, I had to request fresh towels every day, but even then, the towels were dirty. One had a stain so repulsive I immediately threw it on the floor and washed my hands. The shower itself wasn’t clean either. If I could get a refund, I would. This property did not meet the basic standards expected for the rate I paid.

Nice hotel. Staff were nice and accomodating. stayed for two nights and did not have any specific complaints. Area surrounding the hotel is a bit sketchy and can sometimes get noisy at nighttime, but overall, i had no issues with my stay. I will definitely book them again.

I wouldn't stay here again. The rooms were small, which we could deal with, however the air conditioning in our room didn't work, the vent in our bathroom began leaking and when we called someone to fix it they never did, there was a high pitch squealing noise during the night, we tried to find ice on every floor only to be told it was on the very bottom floor, the surrounding neighborhood isn't too glamorous (we didn't have a problem with this but expected different), and after all of that we still had to pay full price.

I had a pleasant stay at the nedia hotel overall. The room was very clean, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable, the mattress were made for a good nights rest. The staff was somewhat friendly and environment was quiet which i appreciated. That said, there were a few things missing that would have made the stay more convenient. There was no airport shuttle, also the rooms did not include a mini fridge or a microwave. We had also wished that the hotel included free breakfast and a pool. If you are looking for a clean and quiet, comfortable place to stay its solid but don't expect any extras.

This place was convenient to the F train and right outside the stop are several chains to eat at. A very affordable option. New, clean hotel. The area has a lot of garages and the public housing nearby. Common sense about safety should not be an afterthought. Overall very pleased!

I reached out in regards of being able to check in around 1AM - 2 AM due to my flight arriving so late at night, but I wanted to make sure I had a place to stay for the night. They told me yes and thanks for letting them know so I thought I was all set. I arrive around 1 am and the receptionist tells us there’s no rooms so we have to wait until 3 PM to check in. I had to go find another place to stay for the night and spend unnecessary money so that was fun. After we finally checked in the hotel stay was decent.
