No air condition thermostat so I had to call for an engineer to adjust the temperature. Even so, it was freezing all night which caused us not to sleep well.

I don’t like this hotel at all. I went for a overnight stay and the ac was leaking bad… asked for another room n they told me they can only give towels to soak the water up…

$50 to check in early even if the rooms are ready. $3 per bag charge to store luggage. 1 working elevator for entire hotel. Plus staff use the same elevator. No minutes for they charge $45 a night resort fee. Only thing good this stay was the location was good.

Staff was very friendly! I’d stay here again. The rooms were nice and comfy. Just to note, there’s no mini fridge, the air conditioning didn’t work great, they only gave decaf coffee in our rooms the whole week. And the shower was weird. There wasn’t a door or curtain that covered the whole shower so the floor got wet. It was just half a glass pane. Lastly, the elevators didn’t work great so it took a while. Over all good place to stay! It was always clean and staff was always pleasant. The shampoo, conditioner, and hand wash were all lovely! Great smell!

I stayed here last year so I was expecting no ac and falling apart furniture. Luckily our room was impecable, clean, ac working tooooo good, hot water in Shower and clean comfy beds. Of courseee the elevator took forever but I had patience and it was nothing. They def need a tiny fridge in the rooms that would fit. We made our own ice bucket that cost me ice daily because that also didn’t work. I would stay here again. Location is prime.

Tv didn’t work our entire stay, AC was covered in dust upon arrival there was other people hair all over the bedding ( just showing they never cleaned) every time i called for housekeeping it would just hang up. I go to front desk and they never did anything besides saying there’s no one here everyone went home. One day we went all day without clean towels and had to use rags to dry up. They don’t valet parking either. I paid for a suite and when i got there i had a regular room and they said that’s what their suite is vs online so basically false advertisement.

The place was a little rough around the edges, old furniture, peeling paint etc. The elevators were wonky and unreliable, and the TV only played CNN, which meant we were lucky, the desk agent told me other rooms were stuck on FOX News. The location was perfect, close to Times Square but not too close, subway, bars and restaurants were also nearby.

The bathroom drain was clogged and it wasn't fixed, they just cleaned the bathroom, there weren't enough towels for everyone, there were 4 of us and there was only one towel when we arrived, I went to ask for more and they said they didn't have any!

Bathroom was full of bugs. Weird looking, crusted over stains on the bed skirt. Random door to outdoor patio which seemed cool at first until we saw all the garbage (packs of open cigarettes, stained indoor furniture thrown outside).

Walls super thin. Cleaning staff is loud and knocks on doors at 830am yelling out house keeping, waking everyone up. I did talk to the manager and he was very nice and apologetic. Great location but loud and older hotel.

THE HOTEL IS EXCELENT LOCATED, THE ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND HAVE ALL YOU NEED. WOULD ABSOLUTELY STAY AGAIN. ONLY.. THE WAIT FOR THE ELEVATOR WAS ALWAYS SO LONG... THEY HAVE 3 ELEVATORS AND ONLY 1 WORKING FOR +15 FLOORS.

El hotel es muy antiguo, los cuartos y las instalaciones en general requieren remodelación, pero lo más importante es la falta de elevadores, se hace una fila tremenda para poder usarlos porque son muy pequeños y solo hay 2 funcionales para 15 pisos

WARNING: This place does not accept one night stays whatsoever. It doesn't matter how far in advance you booked it or that you have a reservation. They will not honor it and will reject you leaving you stranded. Expedia's systems did not catch this - shame on Expedia. Shame on the hotel staff for not being accommodating and not allowing a one time exception for a technical error that was out of our control. Yes, Expedia refunded our money, but it was not worth the time lost and aggravation.
