We stayed at Park Lane for 2 nights. The staff, front desk, and mechanics were very friendly.
As soon as we stepped into the room, we felt it was too hot. The temperature setting was 66, and the room temperature was 78. The facility staff brought a fan and also checked the air conditioner, but the situation did not get better. We kept the temperature at 66 for 3 days, and the room finally reached 75. We attempted to contact the manager at least five times, but they never called us back.
Additionally, we observed one used contact lens on the side table and another on the carpet. I wonder if they vacuumed the floor or wiped the tables.. The sheets were nice though...
