Although the room was clean and reletively new, it was very small, the blanket had a burn hole in it, there was no mirror in the bathroom, I had to request a blow dryer, the bath towels were very small and thin (but clean), the view was horrible and it wasnt in a very nice neighborhood (do not go out after dark). On a positive note, it was very close (20 min walk) to Yankee stadium.

Staff was friendly and helped when my key card wasn’t working. Only problem with the hotel is the limited parking, door handle in the bathroom was broken so I had to leave the door open, and the dimmable lights were hard to turn off sometimes.

Rooms were a bit small & a bit dirty especially after I had to pay $80 for advance service (early check-in), I expected more! Vending machines were out of services so we had to walk to the store unfortunately.

When we arrived, they were giving the room to another guest until we spoke up about it. An hour later, there was a fight in the hallway and management didn’t do anything. We could barely sleep from all the noice and disruptancies. We complained to the front desk and they didn’t even take note of anything we said. The vending machines were all out of service, and the lights weren’t functional in the room. The pillows were dirty, and the sheets were old.
