Great front desk staff. Housekeeping was hit & miss. One day immaculate, the next day, they too the tip I left & did nothing but make the bed. I ran out of toilet paper. Strange. Overall, great!

Staff here is top notch! Rooms are nice. A bit small but who goes to New York to dit in their hotel room? Only thing is the lights are not very bright and windows didn’t let in much light either. I’m all for ambience but I’m middle-aged and need to see. LOL! Some brighter bulbs would go a long way.

It was a great stay for the price we paid, the location is pretty good, you can walk to many sight seeings within 20 mins. The staff was great and treated us well when we arrived. However I find the bathrooms to be small in size. If you are traveling with your friends a great place to stay as they have room for 3 where they have a queen bed for 2 and a bunk bed for 1. They have a great cafe within the hotel which opens at 7, it has pretty good breakfast options.Overall it would be an 8/10 experience for me.
