Every time I visit New York, I stay at this hotel. The rooms are always clean and spacious enough. The staff throughout the hotel is always pleasant and willing to help - 5 star. The hotel location is perfect- you can easily get to various restaurants, shops and transportation hubs.

I really enjoyed this hotel! After reading the reviews, I was worried about the two elevators, but personally never once encountered a problem with them, having only waited for 30 seconds - 1 minute for the elevator each time (and there was a good amount of coming and going). The room was huge, everything was clean and ready for guests, and at one point I locked myself out of my room by accident and had to get another key and they were so helpful. The two cons for me were the mattress (wasn't comfortable for me) and the tv didn't work with the remote, but I was there to sleep! Would stay here again!

This was my second stay at this hotel, both stays being very enjoyable. Friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect for getting around town. Felt very safe walking with my son. Look forward to our next stay.

Great location, very close to a lot of restaurants, shopping, and subway station. Clean and friendly. The bathroom door latch was tough and the bar/rest was not open long hours. Would def stay here again.

all was good except I would like to have bars in the shower, at my age with a sliperry floor it will be advise to put a few bars so someone can hold to feel safe. Otherwise all is very well kept.

Our stay was wonderful…the lobby, the staff, the room, the view. Clean and well cared for property. Not brand new but well cared for. We asked the front desk for towels and coffee one night and they were brought to us in less than 5 minutes. The lobby area was cozy and had coffee, water and hot chocolate in the afternoon. A warm fire was always burning. We will stay there again!

This was our first time to stay here. The rooms were spacious and the staff were so helpful and nice. The only thing I would say was we received a handicapped room which we did not reserve, but other than that, everything was great.

We will definitely be back to this great hotel! It is in a very convenient location; easy walk to Penn or Grand Central Stations. The lobby is very calm and there is a beautiful sitting area like a living room. The staff was excellent and the hotel hallway/room was quiet--we could not hear any outside noise. 10/10

It was a wonderful stay at the Executive Hotel Le Soleil in NYC! The rooms and amenities were exceptional. It will be my go to every time I'm in NYC from here on out. In addition, the staff were extremely kind, helpful and pleasant. The room was meticulously clean, water pressure was great and the bathrooms luxurious. It's not often I give out accolades. It’s a great location. Very small room but I’m sure the size was specified somewhere and didn’t read in advance. View wasn’t the greatest either. We were here for my boyfriend’s birthday and were hoping for something that wowed us - we got an average room but can’t complain overall.
