"Great location, right off Times Square. Comfortable, clean room.
We were on 19th floor, was a bit noisy from street.
Restaurant very good, great outdoor views.
Check-in/out very professional. Overall good experience, will return."
"I love this hotel. This is my second day. The first time was years ago. There was a convention going on and even then just by the atmosphere and the staff that I encountered I knew I wanted to come back. when I visited New York of this time course they didn’t disappoint. Staff was helpful and courteous, and I just know each and every time I visit New York this will be my choice hotel ."
"This was my first time in New York. My stay was okay comparative to other hotels I have stayed in other cities. The parking was best if you valet parked. They did not allow in and out parking. The hotel was nice except the shower was very small. The staff was moderately hospitable. The dining was unimpressive with no room service. I was right off Times Square so that was exciting. My doorman Bolivar was the shining spot. He was great!!!"
"I was not told about the breakfast voucher, but saw the notice about a voucher in the little shop right off the lobby. I was told I needed to hve gotten a voucher at check in. I did not receive one, nor was I told about them.As I was about to walk away, the hostess said she would give me one. It was the same way with water. I needed to ask the person at the desk for water before having any in the room.. "
"Rooms are very outdated for the price the bathroom had rust and cracks no fan in the bathroom one bed was leaning to the side hotel gives luxury but the rooms do not It works for an overnight but I wouldn’t stay more "
"Clean rooms, excellent location for theater. Rooms are extremely small. Staff is very helpful. Free breakfast offered. Renovations going on so no available lobby at this time and a little chaotic. Would recommend for 1 or 2 people in a room. Very little space."
"As of this date, the hotel hasn't fully opened. Amenities, such as ice/water dispensers on the floors are not functional.
The location of the hotel is ideal if you are planning to see Broadway shows. The noise from 8th Avenue can be clearly heard in the room I stayed in. I recommend bringing earphones or a white-noise app.
The bedding and towels were new and comfortable."
"Rooms are very icky with chipped paint and nasty carpet. Was moved to a new room but still really needs alot of upgrades. Chuck Bass needs to come back and renovate this one😂
Beds are very creaky with every move you make. Charged my card 9 separate times and the front desk guy was rude when trying to find out why they kept charging over 3k in holds etc. I will not go back! Very disappointed. "
