"If you’re looking to stay in the thick of it, this is the perfect location. We stayed three nights, beds were comfy. We chose this hotel because it offered two queens by Carnegie hall. Most nyc hotels only offer two doubles. Despite booking two queens though the beds felt like they were a double and were not true queens size beds. Check in was fine, the room was somewhat clean. I found a fake nail and some food crumbs on the side of the bed which was not ideal. Room service was subpar, they only replenished towels and made the bed. Didn’t replenish water, which by the way is not complimentary unless you are a Discoverist or above Hyatt member. Our table in the room was wobbly and was a hazard to our small children so we called maintenance. When they showed up they took our table away without replacing it with another one so that was inconvenient. We didn’t have breakfast and there is no room service. We got coffee and tea at the restaurant/cafe downstairs. Only highlight of our stay was Victoria, she made our kids feel special and us feel welcomed. She gave us top notch customer service. If more people in customer service cared as much as Victoria it would be lovely. Especially since good customer service is rare to find now. Oh also the room was quite noisy, not because it was in Times Square but because the doors of the rooms were too small for the frame so there was a huge gap on the bottom of the door so you can hear everything from the hallway.
