We had a few problems with the hotel. When we asked about more toilet paper we were told to ask Expedia. How could Expedia get us more toilet paper? We had a triple bunk bed but the ladders were against the wall. When I booked the room it showed three double bed but no bunk beds.

This was a convenient place to stay in mid-town Manhattan, but it was definitely not the most comfortable. It was very noisy, with very poor sound insolation. There was only one (1) shared bathroom per floor of many, many rooms, and although those bathrooms were newly renovated and clean, the renovations were not well thought out. There was nowhere to change and place your clothes, and bringing them into the shower space was a sure way to get everything wet, because the rainfall shower head was placed directly in the middle of the shower stall. It was impossible to shower without getting your hair and everything else wet! Our room was very small, and that was okay, except that the double bed had microfiber sheets and one thin 'army' blanket. We were provided with two worn bath towels of different sizes. Although there was a sink, stove, micro, small fridge and a few dishes in the room, there was a sign posted saying we were to leave the room clean and do the dishes before we left, but there was no dish towel. The air conditioner was fully functional, but SO noisy it kept us awake. On our check-out day we were awoken to very loud East Indian music at 8:30am, and when I opened our door to go to the bathroom, there was a drop cloth directly outside our door and a fellow painting the ceiling of the hallway. The noise of the music and the smell of the latex paint was near unbearable. I believe that since check-out was 10am, they should have commenced the paint job at 10:05am!

This property isn't ideal if there are multiple people rooming together. There's a very small/disfunctional bathroom with a small pedestal sink and no counter space as well as 1 mirror in the whole room. You have to pay for wifi, each day and the tv MIGHT pick up a channel or 2. Our furnace could not be turned off due to there was no handle. The blankets on the bed weren't even big enough to cover the whole bed, so 1 people can't share a blanket. The front desk said they couldn't help us with that. All in all, i do NOT recommend this place at all and I definitely won't be staying here again.

I called the property manager to tell her about the screaming in the room next to mine and she hung up on me and told me she "didn't care". When I went to the front desk, I was told to watch my tone and calm down nobody is screaming. I have the recordings of the screaming. SHUT this place DOWN. WHAT.

Hi so I'm nit sure if we will be getting our deposit. When checking in keep that little yellow slip. For the refund i don't brecall singning that but a white page. The front desk staff are not very friendly. When asked questions, they don’t answer with specific information especially when you need bags to be held. Also, they only took cash for certain fees. The blanket is similar to that of a U-Haul moving blanket.. scratchy, thin and uncomfortable. The bathrooms were clean. Nice walkable to MSG - Madison Square Gardens and Penn station. Very tiny room. Bring shower shoes because of shared bathrooms only 2 showers and 2 bathrooms per gender.

Spoke with someone here on Sunday and was told I would hear back from Expedia within 72 hours and still have heard nothing. Didn’t even stay was there long enough to leave bags to not have to carry around while finding another hotel. Came got them and checked out it was that bad

Noisy metal pipes, not sure what causes the sound, very loud in the morning. No shower stall in the room, except for toilet and sink. Had to go upstairs (a floor above) to use a shared shower stall. There are additional fees for in house services not included in the rental.

The main reason for choosing this accommodation was its convenient location, close to popular tourist destinations in Manhattan. However, I must mention some drawbacks. The room with a city view was plagued by noise from ongoing construction and incessant car honking, which became quite bothersome, especially at night. The bunk bed was also uncomfortable due to its limited headspace, making it impossible to sit upright. Additionally, the absence of a chair inside the room meant resorting to sitting on the floor. Furthermore, there was a lack of mirrors outside the room, with the only one being inside the bathroom. Considering these factors, I have decided not to book this place again in the future.

This was the worst day I’ve ever stayed at before. Nothing worked that smoke detector kept going off every 30 seconds and yelling at me. They would not assist me fixing it. The TV didn’t work. The stove top burner did not work. And I still have not been returned my deposit that I was not told about till I arrived. Staff very rude and no professional in anyway but onstead made me feel uncomfortable and laughed at me. I hated the whole stay and was scared to leave room.

Washing machine didn’t wash my clothes properly and the DRYER did not dry them!!!!! This stole WAY too much money, TIME, ANd SLEEP FROM ME!!! LIAR AT THE front desk is clueless as to how a real hotel would handle this situation and DID nothing about it!! I had to loose yet again MORE money, a night of sleep because I was forced to lug my extremely wet clothes somewhere that had actual clothing dryers!! And that was after they were already in their so-called dryer!!! I hate these lying. thieving, moronic scammers!!! Hope they’re behind bars soon!! 6 hrs of my time stolen because of these low lives, $ stolen AFteR already paying WAy TOO much for laundry, and sleep stolen. This place doesn’t support a proper environment, you’re forced to smell nasty food smells from others cooking!! NEVER again!!! Beware!!!

I had a reservation booked 3 days prior to my stay. When i got there by 11:30 PM, there was no record to concierge/security. He called management over 5 times and no one picked up. So, Front desk literally said i don't have room for you because there is no key here under your name and you need to talk to Expedia. It was around 1 AM without knowing what to do. After contacting Expedia and recollection confirmed, he came back and he said we have a key for you. It was too late as i had my rebooking with Expedia. This is the most awful experience i have ever had. Yesterday, they emailed me stating that they had key for me and why I misinformed Expedia. Instead of apologizing, they wrote me that note was above disrespectfulness. Please use your own judgements before booking.

Worse place I have ever stayed. I paid almost 3k for a 3 night stay here and it was the worse experience I ever had . The towel were super dirty and sticky, the beds worse mattress I ever slept in my life the pillows completely flat . The room was dirty and loud . The bathroom is so tiny you can hardly move in it. Stay away. There is like 10 different hotels inside the same place check out is at 10:00am and check in at 4:00pm . Do not recommend this place to anyone .

The sheets smelled like old man! Disgusting! I complained and the host said that the sheets were clean and refused to have them change them, they sticnk!!!! Ewwwwww! Then the tv didn't iwork n the room either!! The wifi sucks to ugh!!!! The communal Bathroom so tiny u can barely walk in it if someone else is in there!! Kinda ghetto definitely terrible service!!!

It was good enough as a place to sleep at nights even though the bed was not very comfortable. Shared bathroom was cleaned several times each day and was not an issue. Excellent location, lots of options for food and is 1 min away from MTA in Herald Sq. A good budget stay!
