We stayed here for 4 days and we extended our stay for another 5 days because everyone are so helpful and very nice and breakfast buffet is amazing! Staffs are wonderful. They answered all our questions and we had some complications in the beginning and all the staff was so patient. Pool is so nice as well, I definitely recommend this place

Our room at Crimson was nice and clean. Staff were absolutely accommodating. Food was a little expensive. Transport from airport to the resort, and back, was flawless.

Very comfortable, awesome staff, very clean and kept well! Love the area, and we will be back.

This was a great place but what made it extra memorable was the staff. Ruby was the best and absolutely wonderful. I would definitely stay here again!!

The best thing about the hotel is that it is right on the beach. They have around 16 or so beach chairs. There were always a couple chairs available and they were comfortable. The spa was ok, had a lot of stairs to climb. The breakfast selections tasted good although not a big selection of food. We enjoyed the stay but there is room for Improvements. There is no room service or gift/snack shop. Some breakfast items, like the eggs, could be covered. The room was clean but the shower could use some deep cleaning with an electric tooth brush and Clorox to get the mold off the grout.
