Overall the hotel was better than the reviews. Waterpark needs some painting but kids don’t care. Beds were comfortable with rooms very clean. A full breakfast was nice with a large family. Very accommodating with kids activities in and out of the waterpark area. Front desk was very nice and helpful. ...

Clean room, good breakfast, and friendly staff. The hotel is in a good location that's relatively quiet but still convenient and a close drive to Downtown Dubuque by the Mississippi River.
