「I had a great stay at Coconut Palms Resort! The location is perfect- right on the beach with beautiful ocean views. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the whole atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Perfect spot for a beach getaway! Will definitely return.」

「The property was outdated, but had anything you could need while away from home. The staff was always very friendly and checking to see if we needed anything. We never heard noise from other rooms, which was really nice. The only issue we had was an obnoxious, noisy family who overtook the pool while we were there, but otherwise no complaints. It would be nice if staff could monitor the pool from time to time. The pool and location of the hotel were super convenient, I'd stay here again.」

「This was one of our best stays anywhere in the US. The owners have put a lot of love and care in every room ( which has a personality of its own). The owners cooked Breakfast for us that was delicious and also respectful of our dietary preferences. They have plenty of towels available. And in case the above did not convey it, it blows the experience in any other hotel (e.g. Marriott) out of the water. 」

「Great location with plenty of parking. Suite was spacious and clean. Sofá bed was not as comfortable but ok for a small kid. No elevators so keep that in mind as you might have to walk 3 flights of stairs.」

「This is the place to stay in New Smyrna. We felt at home and at ease from the moment we walked in. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The facilities were clean and well appointed. The location is easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the beach, but it it also feels like an intimate setting. The breakfast was amazing each day we stayed. Highly recommend.」
