This is my second stay at this hotel and it will NOT be my last as I just love it here. I feel right at home. The restoration has been beautifully done. Being right on the edge of Sims Park means you can just walk out of the hotel and into a beautiful natural setting, walking around the park and by the river. The restaurant food is very good. All the staff are all very friendly. Oscar is always so welcoming and personable. This is a dog friendly hotel, the accommodation for dogs is on the ground floor with easy access to the outside. There are plenty of restaurants other than in the hotel, all within walking distance. The only downside is there is very little parking on site. I personally was able to park overnight in the hotel allocated spots, otherwise parking is across the street in public parking or on the streets. This an incredible place to stay with its history, very clean and easy access to everything in New Port Richey. Love it here.

Great find. We were only in the area for a couple days but this was a gem. Wonderful renovated historic hotel. Very clean, elegant and comfortable. Nice pubs/dinning options within short walking distance. Definitely a place you could just hang out at for a while.

2nd time staying at the Hacienda for a 3-day weekend with my wife. It's a grand hotel, that located on the middle of all the action. There is beautiful Sims Park behind it and restaurants and shops across the street. Friendly staff with a beautiful lobby.

Classy vibe
This is a quaint boutique hotel with a classy vibe to it. It’s in downtown New Port Richey which has lots of bars and restaurants and a beautiful park to walk to. This was our second stay and we would return. The room was clean and comfortable. Love it.

We chose to stay at Hacienda because it was it a chain hotel. Loved the vintage botowue hotel vibe. Our room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We had dinner I. The hotel restaurant and the food was excellent!

Beautifully restored historic building well documented by the photos on the walls. The public areas offer a wonderful mix of original architecture with modern touches. The rooms were top notch, but two luggage holders would be helpful. My only disappointment was with the showers. I am too short to reach the showerhead, and the type of head "pours" straight down. I strongly suggest placing shower caps in each room. Overall, the Hacienda provided a wonderful getaway and I plan to return. Also, if not a member, join the Chamber of Commerce and place your brochure with menus there. When I visited for 10 minutes during my stay, at least 10 people arrived and requested dining options.

Loved our room overlooking the park. It was immaculate and very quiet. Shower was nice. Only complaint was the parking lot in front of the hotel isn’t monitored by the staff. We were just pulling into the last space when someone beat us to it. She exited her vehicle and walked in the opposite direction of the hotel.

We love downtown areas of small towns and this is perfectly situated within walking distance of all the nightlife. Still, it's quiet and peaceful and the historical significance is an added bonus. The only question: Why have cheap, plastic toilet seats in such a posh bathroom? Sounds petty until it's not! :) Still, we had so much fun and we will be back!

The house with a heart.
It was a great stay. We wanted something nice for our 49th anniversary and the Hacienda delivered. We had an enjoyable breakfast at a reasonable price. The grounds were beautiful and the hotel was gorgeous. It was built in 1927
