I really like this hotel but this trip it was less than excellent simply because it was so busy. There was no space to enjoy the pool because so many people were hanging up in the pool area. It felt very hip and trendy rather than the homey feeling I felt the last time I was here.

Beautiful Property with a wonderful friendly staff. No complimentary water or other amenities in rooms. Rooms can feel stuffy and humid. Quiet overall with very comfortable beds. This was my second stay there. Within walking or streetcar distance to everything

Nice modern hotel. Nice rooftop area with very small pool but good view and cocktails. Lounge/breakfast area is lovely with good menu selection.Only had brunch in main restaurant and it was very good.

The hotel itself was great. The staff was very polite and helpful. That being said, we were getting married during our stay. No special attention was done that day or during our week stay. It was a little disappointing. Please make sure to highlight special life events. It makes all the difference between a good hotel and a fantastic hotel.

It is a great hotel to stay, is a quiet area. Easy walking distance to the main spots in NOLA. The room was clean and I loved the vanity station with glam lightning . My husband and I had a great time at the Rooftop pool celebrating his birthday, the bartender was amazing and gave us fabulous drinks. The staff were exceptional and friendly. Definitely we will be back at Virgin Hotel. Highly recommended!

We loved the quirkyness of the property,and the staff was great the rooms very clean and well keeped.Now for the down fall the AC system does not turn off at all it ran nonstop for all the days we stayed there so maybe bring some earplugs and the resort fees if you want to save money maybe skip this property.

We do apologize for the AC system, it was built during COVID and made to keep the air flowing in the room. As for our daily resort fee, if this was not communicated properly via Expedia we do apologize. This fee is for Wi-fi, 24hr gym, complementary coffee and tea in the room and in-house entertainment.
