The unit itself was gorgeous and a great place to stay. Convenient location as well. We were extrememly displeased with our entire stay as there were not said items provided and not in the essientials closet. When requested, they said they would bring them and didnt until contacted again. Alarm system was going off every morning and evening and when they said they would send tech to turn it off they did not. I was frustrated having to call them multiple times a day and the lack of service ultimately ruined our stay. Its unfortunate because its a beautiful unit. Would not recommend due to terrible customer service and lack of communication/ability to provide what was promised.

A very impressive property,the building was an old warehouse from the 1800s and has 20ft ceilings with loads of exposed brickwork that looks great. The property felt very high end with good furnishings throughout. Easy walk to the French Quarter which makes the location fantastic. I would recommend to anyone going to stay in New Orleans. Great property

What a big, spacious, beautiful place in a great area! Love the high ceilings and big living room. The communications were timely and sufficient. I’d certainly stay here again!

The property is beautiful but the rugs and furniture are apparently never cleaned so our living room smelled like a locker room. What's more, the furniture gave me some kind of allergic reaction, presumably from previous guests bringing pets in. With no concierge there's no way to control this. As per instructions left in the room, I complained via text and asked for a room change. After two attempts and 24 hours I gave in and downloaded the app to chat with them. They quickly got us a.room in a nearby building on a much sketchier street. The new apartment was much more utilitarian and a definite downgrade from the first, but at least I could sit on the sofa.

The space was great! Good sized, great kitchen, two bathrooms. There were laundry machines which was fantastic. The beds were super comfortable and everything was clean. Couple things we noticed: 1. COULD NOT get the tv to work no matter what we tried. It would turn on and we could adjust the volume but no ability to change channels. 2. It rained really hard on our last night and in the morning the toilets wouldn’t flush for a while. It resolved on its own when the water receded. There were also several little insect friends (maybe roaches, maybe beetles but decent sized) who made their way inside, I assume to get away from the water. I also couldn’t determine how to get to the essentials closet! Overall, it was a great option for a long weekend, much better than a hotel room would have been!

The apartment was clean. It was very dark and the blinds on the only 2 windows dont function with minimal natural light. There is no tv channels either, only connects to stream off your phone.

Felt safe in property and was very nice inside. Didn't not like it did not include parking. But it was only 4 minutes walk away. There is no spot to load or unload luggage. Made it a hassle because it was on a one way street with cars always parked on it. So you had to unload and reload fast.

Lovely second floor 1 bedroom apartment with 15 foot ceilings and exposed brick, full kitchen and washer/ dryer.. jetted bathtub and all extras like laundry soap provided as well as a cupboard in public hallway with extra supplies. Self check in was a breeze. Easy walk to Canal Street and to French Quarter.. trolley system… etc! Highly recommend this rental and Sonder product as a rental provider !!!!

I only have two real complaints: the buildings across the street can see into the bedroom because the very top of the window isn't shield, and the shower head needed a de-scaling (hardwater). Other than that, I enjoyed my stay at the Baronne! The kitchen is excellent, nice bathroom, and the apartment was as advertised.

Great location. Didn’t like that there wasn’t a tv remote. You had to use an app. Bedroom was very bright. Other than that it was great.

Our first Sonder at Baronne had a broken aircon, however the staff via the app were very quickly to assist and relocate us to another apartment within the complex (thank you). The location is walking distance to the French Quarter/Bourbon St, but far enough away it is quiet at night. The first apartment we stayed in did not have black out curtains so you will wake up with the sunlight. Overall would recommend. :)

I have no big issue , i enjoyed my stay and would probably stay there again. My only thing was i kept getting those texts messages about noise which was a lil bit ennoying. They told me it was system generated but i think they need to do something biut it.

We stayed in a large 2bd downstairs off Baronne. The location was great because we were situated between the Bourbon fun and French Quarter. Many popular restaurants and destinations were within walking distance. The apartment itself served its purpose, but did not look as cute and chic as shown in the pictures. There was a weird smell in the kitchen area therefore we did not frequent that side of the apartment unless absolutely needed. We were not given the building access code (where we could replenish supplies) until day 3. Once we got access to this area, we found that the cabinet lacked many of the items we needed to replenish. However, after a short chat with Sonder and a few hours later, they were able to deliver the needed items to me which was awesome! Being able to wash and dry in our own quarters was a huge plus, especially since we were limited with clothing for the week. The hot water would run out fast, but it was extremely hot outdoors anyway and we really didn’t miss taking hot showers. Our biggest complaint would be the homeless around the area. There were a few nights that either homeless or intoxicated people sleep outside our apartment. We did not feel safe opening our blinds or our door unless needed. For this reason, it is recommended that you ask to be assigned an apartment inside the building in the second floor rather than a downstairs with get front entry right off the street. We would only consider staying at this location again if indoors upstairs.

Our stay was great. Such a beautiful apartment. Really a gem. It was huge. Photos dont show enough how big it is. Super soft beds and pillows and great ac and new appliances. We felt better than home lol. Would def live here if we could. Check in was super easy. We love also being able to self check in. Everything you would need. Was made available for use. Unlike other sonders we stayed at. This one did have a cable tv also. Not just a media stick and able to share to the TV from my laptop to watch movies. Such a plus. Laundry in apartment is great. We love being able to wash and dry our clothing before heading back home. Also a big plus. There is so much around. Like shops and restaurants. So you will always have something to eat and do. Its also walking distance to bourbon st and plenty more attractions. Literally 2 short blocks away from Canal. Area may seem a lil sketchy but is safe. If you actually know NOLA then you know this is what it looks like outside of TV and Movies. But def safe and friendly. Only issues we had. Was the Gnats in the house. Which bite. So like mosquitoes it was a bit uncomfortable. Not infestation or anything but you will encounter them. We have no idea where they come from. As place is super clean and no garbage. Only can assume they come from outside cus there is a restaurant next door. if cleaning crew has doors wide open while they clean. Then they come in. So suggestion is to let cleaners know of that and set traps. To clear them

I’ve stayed at this property maybe five years ago, so I was happy to come back. Previously my husband and I rented the one bedroom but this trip my daughter accompanied us so we booked the two bedroom. All of the amenities are there that you would need. If you run out of anything, there is a pantry to replace specific items. This is a courtesy. Places to eat are directly outside. Shopping is within walking distance. Overall, our stay was nice. I do have a complaint regarding cleanliness upon arrival. I’ll discuss this with Sonder when they reach out to me.

My husband and I really enjoyed the accommodations at Sonder the Baronne. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The only downsides were the lack of a TV in the bedroom, no lighting in the building vestibule (which made inputting the security code on the front entry door very difficult at night). Overall, we were very pleased with the close proximity to all the attractions we were interested in visiting and the large living space this apart-hotel provided. We would definitely stay here again.

SONDER changed my location to Carondelet. The apartment was ok, but the smell inside was horrendous. The trash chute is in the front door and the smell lingered to the first floor apartment. Disgusting
