When I got to my room the toilet paper was nearly gone, haven’t been changed out and all the trash weren’t taken out before my arrival. Other than that no complaints. I will definitely be back if I need a room during my next visit to Louisiana.

Aroon , We apologize for the knocking . Our guest are all working at the LNG plant & some of the guest ride with each other . They all know one another so I can see where the knocking could happen . As far as smell . Did you bring this to the attention of hotel staff so we could address an odor ? You can contact the hotel to discuss issue . We love to hear from you . We drove by this property a week before staying there. Parking lot was very dark and needed to he paved. There were mops and other items out side the front door. There should have a home other than the entrance. We didn't go inside at all. I fretted about our stay but decided from the reviews it would be jut fine. On the dat of our arrival, December 31, 2023, i learned that this property we NOT pet friendly. I eas traveling with a 17 pound schnauzer. They do NOT shed. Mine is house broken and just a sweet little boy. I called the property to tell them i had just realized they were not pet friendly and asked for an exception. Even offered to pay a refundable pet deposit. The answer we NO. I was stuck having ro pay for a room at a 2 star property that was very run down on thw ouside, and didn't use the room. Just kept driving to Texas, new years eve night. Also, this propery is very hard to get to and find. It is out of the way of everything, that didn't matter to us as we were just traveling through to texas and didn't come to see or go to any attractions. I give this propery a negative rating.

Susan , Thank you for your feedback . Unfortunately we are not pet friendly . We do follow management guidelines . As far as a mop we do not keep mops out side .Possibly the day you traveled through our parking lot , the maintenance most likely left the broom & dust pan outside . Our parish is building a LNG plant . Our guest have small rocks under there shoes & we are sweeping a lot more than before . Hope you arrived safely at your destination .

The property desperately needs to be renovated. The shower and tub were gross... the tub was so worn down that it was stained and never drained all the way, it kept a puddle of water in the center of the tub. The staff are all amazing and great!

We came down for the Krewe of Boo Halloween Parade in New Orleans. The hotel was just a short drive away from downtown, Bourbon Street & the French Quarter. The rooms were nice and clean, the property was very clean also. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We didn’t make it to breakfast, but it looked like it would have been good as well. You can’t go wrong staying here!!!

Great value for the price!
The room was clean. The bed was comfortable (on the firm side). Shower pressure was great & hot water temp was perfect. Every single one of the staff we encountered was friendly. There is a $36 hold for incidentals. We were uncertain driving in about the area but while we were there we never felt unsafe or concerned for our vehicle. Uber to Bourbon street was $28 before tip. It was about a 18 minute drive to the Aquarium. The property is a little dated but not run down at all. It has been well maintained. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Fantastic breakfast options
I was pleasantly surprised with this stay. Other then a slight odor in the room it was a very clean and quiet stay. The breakfast offered many quality options that helped get my day started.

This is the 4th time we have stayed, it’s always so friendly and convenient for us. It’s not the fanciest hotel in the area but it’s safe and clean and everyone is so accommodating especially Miss Sherry at the front desk. She remembers us every year.
